Install the widget code

Create your chatbot and copy its installation code from the Frida dashboard. Follow the WordPress guide and use your existing script-management setup or ask your website administrator. The correct placement depends on the theme and configuration; avoid a location that is overwritten by theme updates.

Start with actual customer questions

Import pages about services, prices, contact details and practical policies. Add manual answers for special questions. Frida can use the imported material but needs the relevant facts before giving a specific answer.

WooCommerce products are a separate data source

With Pro, you can import a product catalog for a WordPress site running WooCommerce. Connect a Google Shopping XML feed for scheduled synchronization or update a manually uploaded CSV yourself. Product data does not automatically grant access to WooCommerce orders, customer accounts or real-time stock.

Keep the source knowledge current

Update Frida when prices, business hours or policies change. Re-read relevant pages in the dashboard and review unanswered questions with Pro. Test the widget after changing your theme, caching or consent setup.
