1. General Provisions

These terms of service apply to all agreements between Frida ("Frida", "we", "us") and the customer ("you", "user") regarding the use of Frida's AI chatbot services.

By creating an account and using our services, you fully accept these terms of service. If you do not accept the terms, you may not use our services.

2. Service Description

Frida is an AI chatbot platform for small and medium businesses. Frida learns your business through your website content and answers customer questions around the clock. The service includes:

  • AI chatbot trained automatically on your website content
  • Automatic scanning and indexing of your website
  • Dashboard with conversation history, unanswered questions, and statistics
  • Product recommendations in the chat (Pro plan)
  • Widget integration via one script on your website

3. Account Creation and Access

To use our services, you must create an account with correct and up-to-date information. You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for all activities on your account.

We reserve the right to suspend or close accounts that violate these terms or are used for illegal activities.

4. Pricing and Payment

Our prices are shown on our website and may be changed with 30 days' notice. All prices are stated excluding VAT unless otherwise indicated.

Payment is made monthly or annually in advance via credit card or other accepted payment methods. In case of non-payment, we may suspend access to the service.

We offer a free plan with up to 100 conversations per month. You can upgrade to Pro at any time for more conversations, product recommendations, and advanced features.

5. Cancellation and Refunds

You may cancel your subscription at any time with immediate effect via your dashboard. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.

We do not offer refunds for already paid periods unless required by law. Upon cancellation, access to the service is retained until the end of the paid period.

6. Data Protection and Security

We process your personal data in accordance with applicable data protection legislation and our privacy policy. We implement appropriate technical and organizational security measures to protect your data.

You retain ownership of your data and can export or delete it at any time in accordance with our privacy policy.

7. Limitation of Liability

Frida is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the service will be error-free or always available.

Our total liability to you cannot exceed the amount you have paid us in the last 12 months. We are not liable for indirect damages or loss of revenue.

8. Changes to Terms

We may change these terms of service with 30 days' notice. Significant changes will be communicated via email or through our platform.

Continued use of the service after the changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

9. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These terms of service are governed by Danish law. Any disputes shall be settled by the Danish courts with Copenhagen as the venue.
